BEFORE YOU BOOK

Booking Policies

50% Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for any party or bridal makeup service. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the service. Payments can be made via e-transfer or cash.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, you will be contacted. If there is no response 15 minutes past your booked time, the appointment will be cancelled, and a $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied. For future bookings after a no-show, full payment will be required to secure the appointment.
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. The deposit will be applied to the new appointment date. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit and a new deposit will be required to secure the rescheduled date.
