Mobile Services

Faces by Alessandra offers mobile services throughout the GTA . Travel fees are calculated per KM from our location, roundtrip.
Deposits

50% Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for any party or bridal makeup service. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your appointment.
Payments

The remaining balance is due on the day of the service. Payments can be made via e-transfer or cash.
Cancellation & rescheduling policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, but no further charges will be applied. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the total service cost.
No-Show Appointments

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, you will be contacted. If there is no response 15 minutes past your booked time, the appointment will be cancelled, and a $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied. For future bookings after a no-show, full payment will be required to secure the appointment.
Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. The deposit will be applied to the new appointment date. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit and a new deposit will be required to secure the rescheduled date.
Client confirmation

Appointment Confirmation: You will be contacted during the week of your appointment to confirm the date, time, location, and any specific requirements. This contact will be made via your preferred method (phone, text, or email). A confirmation response is required to ensure your booking is not cancelled. Contact will be attempted up to three times. If there is no response after these attempts, it will be assumed that the appointment is no longer needed, and the booking will be cancelled. The deposit will be forfeited, and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.
In the Event of Artist's Cancellation

If Faces by Alessandra must cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible. Clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of their deposit.
